Another nice pic of the farm. Posted by Picasa

I saw this broken down farm/village along the way. It was fenced in with barb wire or I would have gone closer for pictures. I would love to know the history about this place since it's so far from anything. Posted by Picasa

I saw a few cattle scattered around, but nothing else. I like solitude, but this is crazy! Posted by Picasa

Still going! Posted by Picasa

I will admit the scenary was beautiful along the way, but would not choose to do it alone again. I only saw 3 vehicles on this raod during the whole 70 miles. They were all pickups and all the drivers looked at me like I was crazy. Posted by Picasa

OK, this road is a travel lesson in progress. When you see a "short cut" on the map, be sure to ask the locals what kind of road it is and wher it goes. It was by far shorter than the main road, but took twice as long to get where I wanted to be. It winded through some really dangerous back roads with lots of swtch backs. No houses for 70 miles and no cell phone service. Scary! Thank goodness for allwheel drive. I saw a sign about 10 miles down the road that said beware of washouts. Posted by Picasa

This is a great view of the valley around the Bryce Canyon. I took this when I was leaving the park. So sad to leave :( Posted by Picasa

It looks like a garden of rock. It's hard to phathom that water cut all this out. Posted by Picasa

The contrast here is so wicked! I saw so many photographers in the park, too. I can see whay it's so popular. Posted by Picasa

Check out how crazy the rock looks when it gets worn away. Posted by Picasa

Check out all the different layers in the canyon. This was all formed by thousands of years of water and wind constantly wiping away and replacing the ground surface. Posted by Picasa

Just more cool pics Posted by Picasa

I took a pretty nice trail down into the canyon in hopes to get a good veiw of a variety of things. The goal was definately accomplished! Posted by Picasa

This was taken from the brim of Bryce Canyon. This place is just awesome! Every park I go too seems to get more and more beautiful. I took so many photos here, it was hard to just pick out a few. Every turn and bend brought a new formation to look at. Posted by Picasa

This was taken while on the way to Bryce Canyon. The fog was just starting to rise and the sun was out in full force. If this was outside the park, inside the park must be amazing! Posted by Picasa
